Tomatoes – 1
Beans – 1
Green Peas - little
Capsicum -1 (optional)
Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp (optional)
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic– 1 clove
Salt - for taste
Ghee – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Drain out the excess water from cooked vegetables and keep separately.
Chop onion, tomato, ginger and garlic into fine pieces.
Dice the bread into medium sized cubes.
Fry until onion is golden brown and add tomato. Wait till it mashes nicely. Now add chilli powder, garam masala and salt to it and sauté for 2 minutes.
Now add the drained water and cook for few minutes.
Add the cooked vegetables and sauté.
Now add the diced bread, give a quick stir till the bread is coated well and turn off the stove.
Top it with tomato ketchup if needed.
