Milk – 6 Cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Nuts ( Almonds / Pistachio/ Cashew) – 2tsp each
Cardomom – 6
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Soak the almonds for half an hour and peel the almonds.
Grind the nuts with little milk coarsely
Grind the cardamom with little sugar to a nice powder.
Keep stirring the milk so it does not get burnt.
Now add the sugar and cook it for sometime till it dissolves.
Add the nuts, cardamom powder and cook it for some time.
Mix 2 tsp of corn flour in water just to dissolve and add to the pan.
Wait till it thickens and set aside to let the pan cool.
After it cools down, Pour it into Kulfi moulds or air tight box and freeze it.
