No more sticky dosa tawas!

Hard and fast rule is that you should not wash your tawa quite often. Just wipe it with a cloth before pouring dosa. Still if its sticky then:

Take little salt, put it on the dosa tawa and rub it thoroughly  on all sides of the tawa with your fingers. Then dust the salt off and wipe it with a tissue or a paper towel. That’s all your tawa is ready..
Cut an onion in half sideways and when the tawa is hot, rub the onion on tawa for about 30 seconds .Immediately after that, pour the batter of Dosai.
