Cucumber curd Pachadi / Vellarikkai Thayir Pachadi
Cucumber curd Pachadi / Vellarikkai Thayir Pachadi / Cucumber Raitha:
Cucumber – 2
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Green chilli - 1
Thick Curd- 1 cup
Salt – for taste
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Asafoetida / hing – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – few
Peel of the outer skin of cucumber and chop it into fine pieces.
Chop green chillis and add it to cucumber along with salt and chilli powder.
Now do the tempering and add to it.
Add thick curd to it and mix it well.
Note: Add curd just before serving.
