Raw Mango Sweet Pachadi

Raw Mango Sweet Pachadi:


Raw Mango – 2
Jaggery – 1/3 cup
Green chillies – 2
Salt – 2 pinch
Turmeric powder –  ¼ tsp

For Tempering:

Oil – 1 tsp
Ghee -1 tsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Neem flower  - few


Slice Mango into pieces.
Slit green chillies into two.
Watch out for any impurities in Jaggery. If any then dissolve it in very little warm water and filter it.

Cook Mango in simmer flame with sufficient water in a pan with green chillies, salt and turmeric till it turns soft.
Add Jaggery to it and let it boil for some time. Wait till it reaches a thick consistency.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and add it to the Mango Pachadi.
In the same pan temper neem flower with ghee and add it to Mango pachadi.
