Onion Raitha:
Ingredients:
Onion – 2
Thick
Curd- 1 cup
Carrot –
1 (small sized)
Coriander
leaves - few
Green
chilli – 1
Cumin
Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – for taste
Method:
Chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves into fine pieces.
Peel the outer skin
of carrot and grate it.
Whisk curd and add
onion, green chilli¸ coriander leaves, grated carrot and mix well.
Add salt and cumin
power.
Note: Add curd just
before serving.
