Sugar – 1 ½ cups
Ghee – 3 tsp
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Cashews, Raisins - few
Boil the milk and keep aside.
For every 5 minutes keep stirring it and repeat this till the mixture becomes more condensed.
Add sugar and mix well. Cook till sugar is properly dissolved and milk is evaporated.
Add powder cardamom and stir it.
Finally in another pan add little ghee, fry cashew and raisins and add it to halwa.
