Chopped nuts – handful (Badam, Unsalted Pistachios, Cashewnuts)
As soon as a layer of cream forms on the surface, push it gently to the other side.
Likewise, collect the cream on all corners of the pan.
Repeat this till milk reduces to ¾ and then add sugar, and stir till it’s dissolved. Stir slowly and carefully.
Now turn of the flame and add chopped nuts and stir once.
