Ripe Banana – 2 small bananas
Choco Chips – handful
Milk – 1/4th cup
Ghee / Oil – 2 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Assorted nuts / Raisins - handful
Grease the cake pan with ghee or oil and dust it with Maida.
Keep the steamer ready.
Add the choco chips, assorted nuts and raisins.
Pour this batter to the greased pan and steam it for 20 to 25 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Remove the cake from the steamer, allow it to cool for some time, loosen the sides and invert the cake pan to a plate.
